Who we are

This store is operated by D DOSE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16603275, whose registered office is Dow Brow, Clifton House Road, Manchester, M27 6NG. We trade as Death Dose. You can reach us at club@deathdose.com. These terms govern your use of this site and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to buy from this store. RESPAWN is a food supplement and is not suitable for children.

Our products

RESPAWN is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, it does not treat, prevent or cure any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as saying otherwise. Any health claims we make are the authorised wordings from the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register, shown with the conditions of use that apply to them.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have an existing medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Orders and contract

Adding an item to your basket is not a contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a pricing error, a stock problem, or anything else — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. D DOSE LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice can be issued. We correct pricing errors when we find them; if an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.

Subscriptions

The Death Squad plan is governed by our Subscription Terms page, which forms part of these terms. There is no minimum term. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account.

Returns and refunds

Set out in full in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

Our content

The Death Dose name, logo, artwork, characters and site content belong to D DOSE LTD and are protected by UK trade mark and copyright law. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy policy. We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Changes never apply retrospectively to an order already placed.

Complaints and governing law

Email club@deathdose.com first — we would rather fix it than argue about it. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can contact your local Trading Standards service through the Citizens Advice consumer helpline. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
