These terms cover the Death Squad monthly plan and the Triple Stack. They are written to the standard set by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, which we have chosen to meet now rather than when it commences.
What you are signing up to
- Death Squad: one pouch of RESPAWN (60 capsules, 30 nights) every 30 days at £19.99, including UK delivery.
- Triple Stack: three pouches (90 nights) in one shipment at £59.99. This does not auto-renew.
- There is no minimum term and no joining fee.
- Prices are in GBP and include UK delivery. D DOSE LTD is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Before each renewal
We email you three days before every rebill, stating the amount and the date, with one-click links to pause, skip or cancel. That notice is sent to the email address on your account and is kept as a record.
Pausing, skipping and cancelling
- Pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account, or from any link in a renewal reminder.
- Cancelling takes two clicks. We will never ask you to phone or email us to cancel.
- Cancel before a rebill date and you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee.
Cooling off
You have 14 days to cancel from the start of your subscription, and 14 days after each renewal. Where goods have not been dispatched, you receive a full refund. Where an unopened pouch has been dispatched, return it and we refund in full. Where a pouch has been opened, our 30-Night Guarantee applies instead and is more generous.
Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation, or of receiving returned goods, whichever is later.
Changes
If we ever change the price or the contents of a plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Existing members are never moved to a higher price without their agreement.
