Where we ship

United Kingdom only, for now. If you are outside the UK and want RESPAWN, email club@deathdose.com and we will tell you honestly when that changes.

Cost

Delivery is free on every UK order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, go out on the next working day.
• Delivery: 48-hour tracked, via Royal Mail. Most orders arrive within two working days of dispatch.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Subscription deliveries

Death Squad orders are billed and dispatched on the same 30-day cycle. You are emailed before each renewal, and you can pause, skip or cancel from your account or from any link in that email.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not updated for five working days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email club@deathdose.com with your order number and we will resend or refund. You do not need to chase the courier — that is our job.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, that is our problem to solve, not yours.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address given at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.
