Your legal rights are separate, and unaffected
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel a distance purchase. Sealed goods that have been unsealed for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from that right, but our guarantee above applies whether or not the pouch is sealed, so in practice you are better off than the statutory position.
If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies and we'll put it right.
